FAQ's

1. What is the cancellation policy?
We must have at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for any cancellation.

2. Is gratuity automatically added to the services?
Gratuity is not included with the services, however 15%-20% is customary.

3. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and personal checks.

4. What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
If you purchased our services through Amazon, Groupon, etc., you must only bring the physical copy of your voucher.

5. Am I allowed to bring my own lotion/oils with me?
Yes, if you prefer, you are allowed to bring your personal oils/lotions with you.

6. How early should I be there before my appointment begins?
You should arrive to your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

7. Do I have to take all of my clothes off?
No you are not required to take all of your clothes off for any services.

8. What do I do with my jewelry/personal belongings?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables in your purse or wallet. You can bring your personal belongings in the room with you.

9. Are my children allowed at the spa as well? Are any services available to younger ages?
Children are allowed as long as they are above the age of 12. We require that you are 18 or older to receive any of our spa services.

10. Are there refunds if something comes up before my appointment?
There are refunds if you contact us prior to the day of your appointment. If you wait until the day of your appointment to let us know that something came up, we cannot provide any refunds.
