SPA POLICIES

  • No Show Policy: 100% of the service price is charged for no shows.

  • Cancellation Policy: All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments can only be cancelled during spa hours of 10 AM TO 9 PM. Voice mail messages and emails are not accepted for cancelling appointments.

  • Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website or printed material is revised.

  • Gratuities: It is customary to give 20% of the Original /Retail Price of the service as a tip to each of your therapists.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, we can only provide you the remaining time of your treatment regardless of whether you called to say that you were running late. There are no exceptions. It is requested that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your treatment in order to comfortably check in, change and enjoy a complimentary beverage or water.

  • Couples massage may or may not be in the same room depending upon availability

  • Appointment required for all visits. A credit card or voucher number is required for all visits / appointments. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice required or FULL FEE / price / voucher applies towards booked service. No refunds or exchanges on goods or services sold.

  • Voucher / Promotional Deals require VOUCHER NUMBER to schedule a visit. All Promotional Deal Services (massage & facial combo) must be performed during the same visit.

  • Gratuity are not included. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.

  • Tax on services and products are additional. We do not guarantee a male or female service providers. If you have a preference, please indicate it at the time of booking and for an additional $25 fee your preference will be accommodated. If no preference is indicated at the time of booking, and you decline service, the full price of the service will apply.

  • Rescheduling appointments on the day of the appointment is not allowed. 24 hours is required for all rescheduling. A rescheduling fee of $30 will apply for EACH SERVICE if rescheduled on the day of the service. (i.e. if 2 facials and 2 massages are rescheduled, then a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply).

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide adequate time to fill out your form, change and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will regrettably deprive you of your treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began.

  • We provide all treatments to ages 14 & up. Anyone over 14 & under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult guardian. Teenagers will be provided with same sex service providers. In other words a female teenager client is only allowed to receive service from a female service provider.

  • Please let your service provider or receptionist know of any medical, physical or personal concerns before the treatment.

  • If you are not happy with our service please stop it within the first 15 minutes and we will 1. Reschedule a second visit at no charge or 2. Issue a full refund along with our sincerest apologies!

  •  Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions & discounts cannot be combined for services or products.

  • Voucher policy: Vouchers accepted only from new guests or guests that have not been to the spa for over 6 months. Once a voucher is used for any service, guest cannot buy or use a voucher for a different service for six months. Only one voucher per guest will be allowed within six months regardless of which voucher deal / company was used to purchase it.
